Demand Notice will be served to its borrowers/guarantors individually by personally delivering the same to each of them and getting the copy of the demand notice duly acknowledged. If they have vacated/left the place as per the address provided by the Bank, we will utilise our investigation services to locate their whereabouts and serve the notice at the place of their re-located address. If they are not traceable, we will affix a copy of the Demand Notice on the outer door or some other conspicuous part of the house/building in which the borrower/guarantor normally resides/carries on his business/works for personal gain. Will also draw a 'Panchnama' and take photographs of the demand notices affixed and get the contents published in two leading newspapers approved by the Bank.
